• Complete below the Spa Party Request Form 
• Secure your GlamGirl Party with a deposit. A deposit invoice will be emailed to you.
• Once Request Form and Party Payment have been received, the Spa Party Agreement and email confirmation of party date and details will be sent to the party host.
