WHAT IS A G.L.A.M. GIRL?
- A G.LA.M. Girl is a young lady between the ages 4-14 that aspires to be the best she can be. G.L.A.M. Girls are devoted to promoting positive self-awareness, and exceptional character. G.L.A.M. Girls are socially conscience and involved in community awareness. G.L.A.M. Girls focus not on only being their best but also providing support for other G.LA.M. Girls on their G.L.A.M. Journey.
WHAT DO I NEED TO DO TO PREPARE FOR A SPA PARTY?
- Choose a date, time, and location for your party. Deposit must be paid to secure party date.
- Customize Your Party: Pick your spa Party Package, G.L.A.M. Spa Treat Flavor, and Package Add-ons.
- All party package pricing begins with a minimum of 8 girls.
- Have parking space available for party truck to park prior to our arrival.
- We recommend having a few extra party activities for the girls to do while they wait for their spa services. All services will be completed in a scheduled rotation to ensure the party flows smoothly.
HOW DO I BOOK A PARTY?
- You may book a Spa Party online through our website or by contacting us directly to reserve your party date. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your party date.
- Once party details have been confirmed, we will issue your party invoice. Upon receiving deposit and party agreement form a party confirmation will be emailed to party host.
Both items will need to be returned to our office within 24 hours in order to secure your event date.
- For your protection we offer PayPal, which allows you to pay on-line securely with your debit/credit card.
- Balance in full is due 14 business days prior to party date and can be paid in cash or credit card, no checks or money orders will be accepted.
- We DO NOT accept checks or money orders for payment. A late charge will apply ($50.00), if balance is not paid in full 14 days prior to your event. If we are unable to process payment, we reserve the right to cancel your event.
WHERE ARE YOUR EVENTS HELD?
- As mobile event / party planners we offer ON LOCATION services. We are happy to travel to locations in the Dallas and surrounding metro areas. Areas outside of the Dallas/Ft. Worth area may incur mileage fees. Please contact us for more information.
WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU ARRIVE AT MY HOME (OR VENUE)?
- Upon arrival at your location, our staff will have a quick meet and greet with you, and get started on setting up for the event. We normally arrive 30 minutes before event time to allow adequate time to set-up. We ask that no children, early guests etc. be in or around the party vehicle during this time to avoid any delays or interruptions to our set-up/take-down process.
- Please provide a gathering place for parents or your guests that intend to stay for the duration of the event. Gathering place should be separate from on the party truck, to allow for freedom of movement of party guest.
WHAT SHOULD I KNOW ABOUT HOLDING MY EVENT AT HOME?
- Please ensure that there is adequate parking for our party truck to easily access your home. If party is at hotel, please secure parking prior to our arrival. We may require access to outside water source (should your package require such) While we love pets, PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED in the party area, for hygienic reasons.
WHAT HAPPENS IF A GUEST DOESN’T WANT TO PARTICIPATE?
- NON PARTICIPANTS: Booked Guests who do not wish to participate will need to be attended to by the adult party host (you). We are not responsible for the behavior of the guests. Livi’s G.L.A.M. Spa is responsible for hosting your party and engaging the guests in fun creative activities. Good behavior is always promoted, but it is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY take charge if a child is not behaving, becomes ill, or does not wish to listen/participate.
WHAT SHOULD I KNOW ABOUT THE FINAL HEADCOUNT?
- We will not be able to accommodate unexpected guests or siblings of guests that were not initially included in the final headcount. We prepare our parties based on the final head count given by you. Please be advised that siblings (of any age), or guests who were not confirmed within our final headcount, may not be able to receive services. We will be unable to accommodate additional guests that were not confirmed prior to the submission of your final headcount.
WHAT IS A G.L.A.M. SESSION/GLITZ SESSION?
- G.L.A.M. sessions are custom built character enhancement classes. Our G.L.A.M. Squad will facilitate a fun and exciting way to build character. G.L.A.M. Session topics range from but are not limited to: Motivated and Mindful, Positive Me, I am Beautiful, Etiquette 101, My Best Self, and Leading the Way.
- G.L.A.M. and GLITZ sessions allow your G.L.A.M. GIRL the opportunity to strut her stuff on the DIVA runway. G.L.A.M. girls will be provided runways, props, and music as they dance to the beats with the other G.L.A.M. Girls.
WHAT IF A GUEST ARRIVES LATE OR IS A NO-SHOW?
- Our parties are based on your scheduled time. Any child arriving late may join the activities at the point they are upon their arrival. However, they will not be guaranteed the full time allotted due to late arrival. It is the goal of Livi’s G.L.A.M. Spa to honor your time and your schedule thus we begin on time and end on time.
- Your final payment and Final Guest Guarantee is due 14 days prior to your event. Once the final count guarantee and payment has been paid for your spa party we will be unable to issue a refund for any individual guest cancellations or no-shows.
WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
- Please see the cancellation policy.
- Deposits are 100% non-refundable
- You may use your non-refundable deposit towards a new date.
- There will be a $50.00 fee to reschedule your party.
- Our G.L.A.M. Squad will work with you to reschedule your event if possible.
WHAT IF THERE IS SEVERE WEATHER ON THE DAY MY PARTY IS BOOKED?
- In the case of severe weather, or other unforeseen emergencies, Livi’s G.L.A.M. Spa reserves the right to reschedule and/or cancel your party. We will do our best to make your party happen as scheduled.
- RAIN DATES: Should your venue require the use of outside facilities, we will not be held liable or provide refunds in the event of RAIN. Please ensure that you have made alternate plans to be sure that your event can be carried out by our staff. We will not partake or set up events in the Rain or Inclement Weather.
DO LICENSE NAIL TECHNICIANS PERFORM SPA SERVICES?
- Livi’s G.L.A.M. Spa is an entertainment spa party business. ALL SERVICES ARE FOR ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY. We are not licensed nail technicians or cosmetologist but we do follow Texas Cosmetology Board Standards for Sanitation and Safety. All of our services are initiated and completed with the health and safety of all guest being our priority. To ensure the health and safety of your children we use disposable nail ﬁles, toe separators, and slippers along with manicure and pedicure disposable basin liners. All other items used are cleansed with strict standards of sanitation.
